Caroline Heber is a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance, Munich as well as a Post Doctoral Research Associate at the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law, WU, Vienna. Prior, she was an Emile Noël Fellow at the Jean Monnet Center at NYU Law School and worked as a Research Fellow at the Ross Parsons Centre, University of Sydney and at the Department of Fiscal Law, University of Graz. Caroline Heber is specialized in the field of European and International Tax Law. Currently, she lectures Austrian, German and European Tax Law both at the University of Munich and the WU in Vienna.

 

 

 

 

Christina D. Tvarnø is a Professor at CBS Law at the Copenhagen Business School (Denmark) with an expertise in Contract Law (Danish Contract Law, EU Contract Law and International Law), Tax Law, Law and Economics in addition to Legal Theory.

 

 

Jane Bolander is a Professor at CBS Law at the Copenhagen Business School (Denmark) with an expertise in tax law (Danish taxation, insolvency taxation, corporate taxation).

 

 

Yvette Lind is an Assistant professor at CBS Law, Copenhagen Business School (Denmark) with an expertise in tax law (international taxation, Swedish taxation, Danish taxation), state aid law, legal method and theory and social insurance law.
