Christian Vintergaard earned his Ph.D. at Copenhagen Business School. His areas of research are venture capital and entrepreneurship. Mr. Vintergaard also has international teaching experience and is an adjunct associate professor at the Copenhagen Business School, the University of Copenhagen and the Rhythmic Music Conservatory in Copenhagen. He is an active board member with posts in the DVCA and Venture Cup. He is often used as an advisor for entrepreneurs, the established business community and policy makers.
Kirsten Drejer, M.Sc., Ph.D.
Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Symphogen A/S
Kirsten Drejer has more than 30 years of international experience from the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Before founding Symphogen in 2000, she held several scientific and managerial positions at Novo Nordisk A/S, including four years as Director of Diabetes Discovery, and three years as Corporate Facilitator. Through Kirsten Drejer’s leadership more than €249 million has been raised from international premiere VC investors, with Essex Woodlands Health Ventures and Novo A/S as major shareholders. Symphogen has entered into collaborations with international pharmaceutical companies such as Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany and Genentech, USA. In addition to her service on Symphogen’s board of directors, Kirsten Drejer is also a member of the board of directors of The Fund for Industrial Growth and on the Advisory Boards of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Copenhagen and the CBS Entrepreneurship Platform.
Jørgen Bardenfleth, Chairman at Symbion A/S and former Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft Danmark Aps.
Jørgen Bardenfleth has worked with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) since 1981, both in R&D and later on sales, marketing and management in Danish and American technology companies such as HP, Intel and Microsoft. Jørgen Bardenfleth has participated in various councils and committees related to IT, among others Globalisation Council and ICT Board.
Christina Wilson, Kunstrådgiver
Jeg er ejer af rådgivningsvirksomheden Christina Wilson Art Advisory. Virksomheden tilbyder en række konsulent- og coachingydelser, der kombinerer mine kompetencer inden for forretningsudvikling, kunstformidling og rådgivning af kulturinstitutioner.
Virksomhedens fokus er på innovation og udvikling af forandringskompetencer. Det gælder for en lang række kunstnere, hvor fokus har været på at udvikle deres kunstneriske og markedsmæssige værdi. Det handler om det organisatoriske og forretningsmæssige potentiale, når jeg hjælper virksomheder og mennesker med innovation og personlig handlekraft. Og det handler om at fastholde og udvikle det økonomiske og kommunikative grundlag for kulturinstitutionerne.
Man kan bedst beskrive mig som en forretningskvinde, der brænder for kunstens enorme potentiale. Brugt rigtigt, tilfører kunsten deltagerne oplevelsen af flow i udviklingsprocesserne. Og ikke mindst bliver udbyttet reel innovation og øget personlig handlekraft.
Ud over min erhvervserfaring har jeg to uddannelser som henholdsvis kulturleder og kunsthistoriker.
Thomas Aakjær Jensen, Universe Fonden
Thomas Aakjær Jensen’s area of interest is innovation processes, methods, and tools and currently work as researcher at Universe Foundation on business development for Danish companies in China. Before joining the Universe Foundation, Thomas worked as an innovation consultant at the Danish Technological Institute; with strategy and innovation processes for Bang & Olufsen; and with creativity, innovation, and intrapreneurship at Impact by Danfoss. Thomas Aakjær Jensen has a PhD in engineering design and a MSc in mechanical engineering from Technical University of Denmark.
