Aseem Kinra is study leader for the HD SCM program and Associate Professor at the Copenhagen Business School. Aseem KinraŹ¼s research spans global supply chain management and addresses supply chain uncertainty and decision-making in cross-border value chains, especially in relation to transportation and logistics systems.
Aseem serves as the Danish country area representative at the World Conference for Transport Research Society (WCTRS), has been a recipient of the prestigious Hedorf Foundation scholarship, and currently holds a Mitsui fellowship within transportation and trade. He conducts his teaching on international transport, logistics and scm, and he regularly collaborates on research and teaching with leading universities and special interest groups worldwide.

Henrik Knak is advising clients having supply chain management challenges and in need of guidance across strategy, business and IT. As a strategy consulting Partner in Syncronic he helps identifying where client should go and what to prioritize in order to obtain a sound balance between business value realization and potential risks. He is Chairman of the association AAASCM, founder and driver of the Supply Chain Leaders Forum at CBS HD-SCM since 2011, and examiner at Danish universities in SCM including MBA in Shipping at CBS. For two years he acted as associated professor at DTU focusing on ‘SCM & Advanced Planning’. He has more than 25 years of experience from top-consulting companies including The Boston Consulting Group, TCS, Deloitte, IBM, PwC and PriceWaterhouse. Educated as MSc in Engineering at DTU, HD-Organization at CBS and has studied HD-Marketing at CBS and Logistics Management at Växjö University. 

Peter Jacobsen is Associate professor at DTU Management Engineering. He holds a Master and PhD degree in production engineering from DTU.  After his PhD, he was post doc for 1.5 years at Brigham Young University, USA. One of the research topics there was automatic generated decision making. After 10 years as consultancy, he was employed at DTU. He teaches three master courses in operations management, is visiting professor at IESEG, France and supervises PhD and Master thesis. His research areas are performance management and design of production system both on facility level and on network level.

 

Peter Brønd is Chairman of the board of the Operations Management network at The Danish Society of Engineers, IDA. Peter has worked with Operations Management in 3 decades both as consultant and in the private sector. Educated as engineer and with degrees CBS degrees in economics, IT and an executive MBA, Peter bridges the technological and business world like few, both from a theoretical and practical perspective. Since 2008, Peter has been a jury member for “best thesis award” in Supply chain management at MIT – ZLOC . Professionally Peter is director of Global Engineering at LEO Pharma – responsible strategic asset planning and execution.

Ulrich Keller is Google's Business Developer for Denmark, Finland, Norway and Iceland. He has experience in consulting, project management and the tech and start up scene. The core of his work centers on entrepreneurial, client-focused strategic goals. Ulrich's team develops national and international marketing strategies. He is at the forefront of Google's Nordic Drive Digital initiatives: In this, he supports companies both individually and broadly to build their online presence and grow their businesses. He holds a Doctorate, MSc and LLM.

 

Nils Elmark is consulting futurist and CEO of Incepcion in London. The consultancy develops future scenarios based on technology and business trend research and helps international companies re-imagine their visions and business models. Nils Elmark is former business editor from The Danish School of Journalism, he is Master of Science in Public Relations from Stirling University in Scotland and winner of the European Business Ethics Prize from London Business School. He has worked as  management consultant for companies such as H&M, IKEA, Lockheed-Martin, Procter & Gamble, A.T. Kearney. At the moment Nils is working on a new trend report on “Logistics 2020” which will be published at the conference.

Lars Kyed is CEO at GS1 Denmark, the global standardisation organisation best known for the barcode in retail. Lars holds an engineering degree but has been working for almost 25 years with strategy, business development, joint ventures and change management. His specialty is Supply Chain Management, and he has a long track record from a.o. Toms Gruppen A/S and the Danish retailers COOP Danmark A/S and SuperGros A/S. Lars’ focus is on how supply chain standards can support the challenges our society is facing on interoperability, counterfeiting and sustainability.

 

Erling Johns Nielsen is the founder and Global Head of Supply Chain Innovation at DSV. The team consist of more than 30 supply chain advisors globally helping companies to optimize supply chains from a cost, service, sustainability and risk perspectives. Particular focus is on logistics footprint analysis, inventory optimization and driving continuous improvement programs for DSV’s Top-100 customers. Before joining DSV 4 years ago he founded a similar team in Damco – part of the A.P. Møller – Maersk Group where he was the driver and key resource behind Damco’s award-winning Carbon Visibility & Optimization services, Damco Dynamic FlowControl™ and SupplyChain HealthCheck™. Erling started as a management trainee with A.P. Møller – Maersk in 1987, has worked in Maersk Line, Maersk Drilling and Damco and has supplemented his shipping education with a diploma in Business Economics (HD-A) from Copenhagen Business School , a logistics diploma from The Institute of Logistics and Transport in London, and various supply chain- and leadership programs at Cranfield University and London Business School.

 

Kristian Hede is Global Strategy & Digital Transformation, Danfoss Drives. This year Kristian celebrates his 10 year anniversary at Danfoss. Previously, he worked 2 years at Electrocomponents plc. as Nordic Product Manager, and 2 years at ABB as project manager in the offshore division. Kristian holds a MSc in Electrical Engineering from DTU and a GD in Business Administration from CBS and a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD. Key fields of specialty are: Digital transformation across the entire value chain, change management, strategy formulation and new business development incl. significant M&A efforts.

 

Martijn Lofvers is CEO & Chief Trendwatcher at Supply Chain Media. Publishing Director & editor-in-chief of Supply Chain Movement and Supply Chain Magazine. Martijn Lofvers is founder of Supply Chain Media, the Dutch Supply Chain Magazine (in 2006) and the European quarterly magazine Supply Chain Movement (in 2011). He is a regular speaker on the topic of Supply Chain Strategy Mindmapping at international conferences. 

Previously Lofvers has worked as publisher for Springer Science + Business Media (5 years) and Reed Elsevier (12 years). He holds a university degree in technical engineering and business science from the Eindhoven University of Technology with a specialization in Supply Chain Management. He also published a war novel and a non-fiction book about the history of supply chain management, both in Dutch.

 

Lars Kissow is Founder and Managing Partner of Syncronic since 2006. He acts as CEO and drives sales and relationships to key clients. He is an expert in  SCM, SAP SCM and SAP IBP and are often used as a solution architect or program / project manager in local and global client projects, and during global roll-outs. Before Syncronic Lars worked as a consultant in Appeer and PwC Consulting.
