Welcome

The Pension Research Centre (PeRCent) at the Department of Finance and the Department of Economics, Copenhagen Business School, is proud to announce its second conference:

PeRCent Annual Conference: Pension Systems in an Era of Uncertainty

Learn more about whether tax incentives for saving in pension accounts cause debt accumulation in Danish households; about the interaction between housing and pension savings when people make long term decisions; and about alternative approaches to decumulation of DC capital. Take part in discussions with prominent international experts on shaping the pension system of the future. Listen to panel discussions with CEOs of Danish pension funds about investments in low interest rate environments and volatile markets. And listen to the top US economist, Laurence J. Kotlikoff, talk about the pension system’s importance for inequality and redistribution.

The conference is a joint initiative between Copenhagen Business School and the Danish pension industry and is organized by Professor Svend E. Hougaard Jensen from the Department of Economics and Professor Jesper Rangvid from the Department of Finance.

The conference will take place on June 21, 2016 at Copenhagen Business School.
